Acklam Car Centre wins two industry awards thanks to its unrivalled customer service

Acklam Car Centre scooped two prestigious industry accolades at the Car Dealer Magazine Used Car Awards 2021.

The Middlesbrough dealership specialises in well-prepared premium stock and has built a reputation for fantastic customer service. The team walked away with two of the most coveted awards – the first for delivering the Best Customer Care and the second for being judged Used Car Dealership of the Year for sites with between 51 and 100 cars.

The awards celebrate the best and the brightest in the used car retail sector, with thousands of dealerships entering each year. Car dealers are put through a rigorous mystery shopping process to find out just how good their customer service is.

Acklam Car Centre made an impression from start to finish thanks to the quality of their sales process and the way they look after their customers.

Managing director Chris Andrews said: “Winning the 51-100 car category was particularly special. It’s a credit to every member of staff. Everyone puts the work in and devotes a lot of effort to the company. All their hard work has paid off – superb!

“I think a lot of things helped us win and the team works hard on all fronts. We have some great customers and we do a really good job online.

“When we get up tomorrow morning, we’ll look to go for this award next year as well.”
