I cannot speak more highly of my experience with my recent purchase of a second hand car from Acklam Car Centre.  I was looking for a good quality second hand car but i didn't want the hassle of dealing with pushy salespeople in car yards.  At the same time I didn't want the risk of buying privately.  I knew what i wanted and fortunately Acklam Car Centre had the car for me. Acklam Car Sales went out of there way to make the transaction as painless as possible, making sure the car was right and ready for me to collect.  Acklam Car Centre clearly displayed a genuine passion for the customer.  They exuded enthusiasm for the vehicle itself and shared my excitement for my purchase.  They showed excellent customer service, they gauged my needs and interests and ensured my satisfaction.  They seemed to be looking at what more they could do for me and the car, going that "extra mile".  They were honest and upfront in our interactions and constantly kept me informed about the progress of the purchase.  Unlike most car salespeople I have come across who are sales-focused Acklam Car Sales is more so dedicated to the customers.  I will certainly be recommending Acklam Car Sales to others.  A particular thank you to the guy who does the handovers , very polite excellent customer service.  I would recommend dealing with Acklam Car Centre Ltd if you are looking for a quality car at a good price, The car i purchased is fantastic but more importantly we are very appreciative of your service.

I would like to thank Greg for providing me with a very good deal on my trade in car and the BMW I purchased from Acklam Cars.  I saw the car on the internet that I wanted but the snag was I live nearly 300 miles away from where the car was being sold.  In a nutshell I considered all the facts involved in travelling such a distance, to purchase a car.  Three things sold me on the deal :
1) Greg was totally honest with me about the condition of the car i was buying.
2) I was offered a very reasonable trade in price on my own car.
3) The car i was buying had covered less than 30,000 miles and was one owner from new.
